Shipping Policies

Quarterdeck Quilts offers shipping as a service and convenience to you, our customer, for your purchased items from Quarterdeck Quilts' on-line store. Shipping and handling rates help offset the costs associated with the handling, packing, and delivering of your purchased items. We thank you for your business.

  • At this time we only ship within the USA (Domestic and APO/FPO/DPO Mail).
  • We do not currently ship Internationally or to Canada.
  • All prices are in US funds.
  • All packages are shipped via US Postal Service.
  • Most packages will deliver within 3-5 business days, once shipped.

Shipping Restrictions: Some items have shipping restrictions attached to them. This may be due to their size or weight.

Purchases that exceed postal delivery limits (by size or weight) will be delayed until agreeable method and terms have been reached with our customer.

In Store Pick-Up: Any purchase made on our web-store is eligible to be picked up in store, with no shipping fees. Orders are prepared for pick up during normal business hours. Orders placed when shop is closed are processed on the next business day. An email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout when your order is ready. We ask that you pick up your order within 1 week of purchase.

We hope you’ll love your purchases, but in case you need to make a return or exchange, our policy is simple: Our products may be returned within 30 days of original purchase, provided they are un-opened and in "like new" condition. Your receipt is your guarantee. Any shipping on returns will be the responsibility of the buyer. unless the mistake is ours, (we ship you the wrong thing, we ship you too many of something, not enough, etc.) then we are happy to pay.

All returned items must include:

  • Copy of the receipt
  • Your e-mail address
  • Shipping address
  • A good phone number

These are needed so that we can get the item back in stock and get you credited promptly.

We never ask for a restocking fee (or any other crazy fees). We want to take care of your needs and promise to do our very best--every time!

All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash (unless required by state law), and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
