Refund Policy

We understand sometimes returns are necessary.

You can trust we want to get it right-not just sometimes but every time. We are committed to bringing you the best quality products.

Please understand our policy: Our products may be returned within 30 days of original purchase, provided they are un-opened and in "like new" condition. Your receipt is your guarantee. Any shipping on returns will be at the expense of the buyer, unless the mistake is ours, (we ship you the wrong thing, we ship you too many of something, not enough, etc.) then we are happy to pay.

The returned goods must include: the following:

  • Copy of the receipt
  • Your e-mail address
  • Shipping address
  • A good phone number

These are needed so that we can get the item back in stock and get you credited promptly.

We never ask for a restocking fee (or any other crazy fees). We want to take care of your needs and promise to do our very best--every time!

All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash (unless required by state law), and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
